I did one return trip with my new suitcase and the hard casing cracked on the return flight. I asked for a home delivery but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn't even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I've yet to receive an email back from them.
